1. Use of the Site

4. User Submissions

By submitting your resume, application, profile information, or any other content ("User Submissions") to the Site, you:

• Grant KYC Healthcare a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing our staffing and recruitment services.
• Represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Submissions and that the content is accurate and not fraudulent.
• Understand that submitting your information does not guarantee employment or an employment offer.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Post any false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State where KYC Healthcare is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
